Don’t you just love when someone in the public eye continues to surprise you with their style choices? Elle Fanning, little sister of Dakota Fanning, truly wowed me with her Ulyana Sergeenko navy jumpsuit she donned during Cannes Film Festival in May. Brought to life with her red accent scarf and slightly flipped, half-up coif, I was hoping to see another shot of her speeding off in her convertible with the top down.
