Opened in November 2006, The London NYC is located in midtown Manhattan just blocks away from New York’s finest, world renowned establishments including Carnegie Hall, the MoMA, Times Square and Central Park. Ensuring guests enjoy their stay, the concierge can book all restaurant reservations, secure Broadway show tickets, or reserve a car all while the guests are out and about enjoy the city. The day I went for my visit, was during one of New York’s many rain showers. I watched as guests rushed to concierge to pick up dry umbrellas and returning patrons dropped off dripping wet ones. One guest in particular requested two umbrellas, wanted to change three of her previously scheduled reservations plus wanted tickets for Matilda, in specific seat area. All was accommodated with a, “Yes. Of course,” and smile. It was that moment I knew I was in the hands of good company.
