Swinton has been chosen as Karl Lagerfeld’s newest leading lady. That’s correct. Tilda Swinton will act as Lagerfeld’s heroine in the 2012 – 13 ad campaign for Métiers d’Art Paris-Edimbourg collection. “Tilda perfectly embodies the Paris-Edimbourg collection. She is of course Scottish, but more than that she is a modern woman, a timeless icon of elegance,” declared Karl Lagerfeld.
